Halloran & Sage is pleased to announce the opening of a new law office in New London, CT. The firm’s New London presence will strengthen its ability to meet the demands of all its clients across the region and continue to provide exceptional counsel in litigation and transactional matters and client service.
Thomas Boyce Jr. a founding partner in the firm Faulkner & Boyce, based out of New London, will manage the new Halloran & Sage location. A long time resident of Waterford, Connecticut, Thomas has spent his legal career of more than 30 years as a trial lawyer, etching an enviable reputation and becoming a master of his craft. Primarily a medical malpractice attorney, he defends members of the local medical community against whom claims of malpractice are made. He is proficient in the underlying anatomical structures, diagnostic studies, surgical procedures, and medical processes. Mr. Boyce also defends businesses and corporations in serious, complex matters involving product liability, industrial pollution, contract disputes, vexatious litigation, wrongful discharge and other employment matters.
Thomas’ skills and the many dimensions of his experience have been recognized in many ways. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (by invitation); he is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (by accomplishments and testing); and he is a Diplomate of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Thomas is a graduate of Providence College and Brooklyn Law School.
Joining Thomas in residence at the New London office will be Jennifer Mullen. Jennifer brings a strong applicable background to her concentration in the defense of medical malpractice claims. She graduated magna cum laude from Boston College in 1999, majoring in biology, and received her law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. She is an up and coming defense advocate, and a tough, determined adversary. She has successfully linked her medical knowledge with fine litigation skills.
