Jennifer Pedevillano presented at the ALFA International Business Litigation seminar this week, September 8 – 10, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This year’s seminar, “The World Turns & Business Litigation Marches Forward,” is organized around the theme of a post-crisis inflection point for resolution of accumulated grievances. Presentations and roundtable discussions will examine common business litigation problems arising in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Jen spoke as a panelist for the timely segment, “Hot Legal Issues in Dynamic Times.” She and her colleagues will address in a fast-moving format leading edge legal issues which are confronting businesses in this ever-changing environment.
Jen is member of ALFA’s Business Litigation Practice Group’s Steering Committee, and its Social Media Chair.
