Attorneys Joseph Fortner and Jennifer Pedevillano will present at the Connecticut Association of Municipal Attorneys (CAMA)’s annual membership meeting held virtually this Friday, June 18th. The subject of their presentation is “The Tech, The Prep, The Show: The Nuts and Bolts and Other Considerations for Remote Hearings/Trials.” Joe and Jen will cover topics including tech required and recommended for use of Microsoft Teams; preparing the space around you and similar considerations; preparing for a remote hearing/trial; conducting a remote hearing/trial; and anecdotes from the front lines of remote hearings.
Joe and Jen will be joined by the State and Federal Relations Manager of the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities, who will provide an update on new laws passed during the 2021 Session of the Connecticut General Assembly that affect municipalities.
The Connecticut Association of Municipal Attorneys (CAMA) is a professional organization of lawyers practicing in the field of municipal law.
