Halloran & Sage is pleased to announce that David Urbanik has been named the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. Urbanik comes to Halloran & Sage with more than 20 years of experience in the legal services industry. In his role at Halloran & Sage, Urbanik will oversee the firm’s operations and strategic initiatives.

Urbanik received a B.A. from Princeton University and a MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is active in the Hartford community and is a long-term board member of Foodshare where he currently serves as Board Chair.
