Halloran Sage is sponsoring the Fairfield County Commercial Real Estate Outlook breakfast hosted by the Greater Norwalk and the Westport-Weston Chamber of Commerce.

The symposium will feature a panel of real estate professionals, including Andy Pforzheimer, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Barteca Restaurant Group; Julie Vanderblue, President of The Higgins Group; David Waldman, Founder of David Adam Realty; and John P. Hannigan, Co-Founder of Choyce Peterson.

The panelists will offer unique insights on business considerations when investing in a new location, the impact on residential properties when in proximity to mixed-use and commercial markets, and the vibrancy of Fairfield County’s commercial and residential real estate markets.

It will be held Tuesday March 7, at The Inn at Longshore in Westport.
