He is skilled in capital gains, gift and estate tax analyses; asset protection methods; business formation and succession planning; elder law matters, including Medicaid planning; prenuptial agreements; probate administration and fiduciary representation; and residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Vincent is an Adjunct Professor of Law for Western New England University School of Law’s postdoctoral Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree program in Estate Planning and Elder Law.
