Congratulations to Chelsey Manning for her recognition as a Rising Star at the Connecticut’s Civil Defense Lawyers Association (CDLA) Annual Fall Meeting last night. Lewis Lerman had the honor of presenting Chelsey with this much deserved award. Working together for the last few years out of our New Haven office has allowed Lew to be a first hand witness to Chelsey’s dedication and outstanding work ethic in her practice. Chelsey was honored for her professional excellence, her contributions to the civil defense bar and the community, and for showing promise of leadership in the future. Rising Star recipients are 40 years of age or younger or have less than 10 years of civil defense work experience. All in attendance had a wonderful time at the Inn at Middletown celebrating Chelsey’s accomplishment.
