Halloran Sage Partner and environmental lawyer Ann Catino was recently quoted in The Hour article, “Environmental study shows no issues for new South Norwalk school.” The article discusses a property purchased by the City of Norwalk for the purpose of building a new South Norwalk neighborhood school. Halloran Sage was involved in conducting an environmental review of the site.
The article notes: “As part of the conservative approach to the land study, the city conducted evaluations often reserved for parcels that qualify as potentially contaminated under the Connecticut Transfer Act, according to environmental and land use attorney Ann Catino…”
