Halloran Sage Environmental Law Partner, Ann Catino was recently quoted in a Hartford Business Journal article discussing the impact of wage mandates on Connecticut state grants. “…in this past year or so, it [Connecticut prevailing wage mandates] has gone off the rails and there is an interpretation that is much broader,” Catino said. “It is unfortunate because it definitely is having a chilling effect on a lot of projects.”
