The Connecticut Bar Association (“CBA”) will hold their 2026 Connecticut Legal Conference on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026.
Halloran Sage attorney Ann Catino will be presenting on behalf of the Environmental Law Section of the CBA in the CLE seminar The Release-Based Cleanup Regulations Are Live: What Now?. This program will discuss the new Release-Based Cleanup Program, the interplay with other environmental regulations, guidance information from the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, and important considerations for all businesses and property owners to be aware of under the new program.
