Ann Catino, Chair of the firm’s Environmental & Land Use Practice Group, will be the moderator of a seminar at the New England Real Estate Journal’s 2016 State of the Connecticut Market Summit.
The seminar, “Real Estate Updates, Trends, Industrial, Office, Multifamily, Retail,” will feature a panel of real estate professionals, including Jack Mullen, Founder and Managing Director of Summer Street Advisors, LLC; Stanley Gniazdowski, President of Realty Concepts, Inc.; and Jeffers Ryer, President/CEO of Ryer Associates Commercial Real Estate, Inc.
The summit will also cover the state of retail, office, industrial and multi-family demand and development, market overview opportunities and future vacancy rates, inventory, and outside influences in the market.
