Nominations are currently being accepted for the Allen Gary Palmer Excellence in Service and Commitment Award. This award honors the legacy of Allen Gary Palmer, former Halloran Sage Partner and Chair of the Connecticut Bar Association Family Law Section. Palmer was active in the American Bar Association Section of Family Law activities, serving on the Section’s Council and as a leader of the Diversity Committee.

The purpose of the award is to honor an American Bar Association second year Family Law Section Fellow who has consistently complied with and exceeded Fellowship guidelines and expectations throughout the entirety of his or her Fellowship, or a former Fellow who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to the Section by his or her continued participation in the Section’s committees and leadership.

Any Family Law Section member in good standing may nominate a qualified recipient by submitting a nomination form via e-mail to Cynthia.Swan@americanbar.org by February 1, 2021.
