“As a former corporate executive, I offer strategic solutions and insights that align with my clients’ business objectives.”

Michael represents companies across Massachusetts and Connecticut in complex business and employment disputes. Matters include contract breaches, unfair competition, restrictive covenants, partnership conflicts, and business torts. He also defends discrimination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour claims. His work spans state and federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative agencies.

Before law school, Michael served as Vice President of an international corporation. That experience shapes both litigation strategy and day-to-day counsel. He evaluates risk, aligns legal strategy with business objectives, and drives matters to clear decisions. With that foundation, Michael helps leaders manage issues before they escalate. Advice covers employee discipline, internal investigations, policy compliance, and contract enforcement.

Clients in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and technology turn to Michael for steady judgment and clear analysis. Each matter begins with an early case plan, evidence testing, and a cost-benefit path to resolution. Negotiation follows when resolution makes business sense; trial follows when it does not.

Born and raised in Western Massachusetts, Michael remains deeply connected to his community. He serves as a lector and extraordinary minister at Sacred Heart Church in Springfield, volunteers with the Knights of Columbus, and hosts athletic events supporting the Special Olympics.

Michael’s clients rely on his business perspective and advocacy. He delivers strategies that protect the enterprise and the people who run it.
