Before law school, Michael served as Vice President of an international corporation. That experience shapes both litigation strategy and day-to-day counsel. He evaluates risk, aligns legal strategy with business objectives, and drives matters to clear decisions. With that foundation, Michael helps leaders manage issues before they escalate.
