Laureen Vitale provides objective legal advice to clients in matters involving personal injury, first and third party premises liability, automobile liability, negligence, wrongful death, and coverage disputes.

Over the course of her career, Laureen has handled a broad range of matters from inception through resolution, including alternative dispute resolution, settlement, and trial in both state and federal courts. Her extensive litigation experience has given her a deep understanding of the complexities of injury law, the nuances of trial practice, and the importance of thorough case preparation.

Laureen has represented clients on both sides of personal injury matters. She has successfully defended clients in serious injury cases and has substantial experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury claims. This breadth of experience provides her with a valuable perspective on how cases are evaluated, developed, negotiated, and tried.

A talented litigator with strong leadership skills, Laureen has also been recognized by the Connecticut Bar Association, as a James W. Cooper Fellow. At the outset of her career, Laureen served as Judicial Research Clerk for the Judges of the State of Connecticut.
