John W. Bradley, Jr. has made a career of achieving cost efficient and expeditious results for his clients. He focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation, administrative law, and municipal law.

Jack is a successful litigator with over thirty years of experience handling complex litigation, including personal injury, product liability, land use, probate, tax litigation, and construction disputes in state and federal court. He has handled high-profile litigation matters, and currently serves as one of the lead defense counsel in the numerous lawsuits arising out of the Kleen Energy power plant explosion. Jack also successfully represented a Gulf War Widow in what is believed to be the first case in the nation to find that a military veteran’s pancreatic cancer was caused by exposure to the chemical lindane, which was used in the delousing of Iraqi prisoners.

While he is a skilled litigator, Jack also helps clients avoid future disputes by negotiating and drafting sensible contracts.

Jack has represented many Connecticut municipalities, serving as both town attorney and as special counsel. He has guided many towns in acquiring land and preserving open space and has provided counsel in school and other municipal construction projects as well as on historic district, Freedom of Information, and other regulatory matters. He represents clients before administrative agencies.

He is fluent in French, and in his free time, enjoys pastel painting, photography, and bicycling.
