Jason Lewellyn is a trial lawyer with over a decade of experience. He focuses his practice in family law and general civil litigation. Jason advocates for his clients in and out of the courtroom, and he has earned a reputation of achieving exceptional results.
Based in Halloran Sage’s Old Saybrook office, Jason, serves clients throughout Connecticut by applying a practical, client-centered approach to each conflict, assuring their interests are prioritized and protected. He represents spouses, unmarried couples, and same-sex couples through a wide range of life transitions and legal milestones, including divorce, custody, support matters, and prenuptial agreements.
Jason has a wide range of legal experience and knowledge that he brings to his family law practice. He is a trained guardian ad litem in Connecticut and regularly employs this background in child custody matters. In addition to his family law practice, Jason efficiently resolves civil disputes and criminal matters. He is experienced in all phases of litigation and uses his skills to achieve the best possible results for each client.
A longtime resident of Clinton, Jason’s dedication to his community is evident through his activities outside of work. He has responded to hundreds of emergency calls as a firefighter/EMT for the Clinton Volunteer Fire Department and currently serves as Deputy Chief – EMS. Jason’s previous experience includes serving as a Temporary Assistant Clerk for the Regional Family Trial Docket in Middlesex County. He is an active member of the Middlesex, Rhode Island, and Connecticut Bar Associations.
Prior to 2025, Jason practiced with the law firm of Farrell, Geenty, Sheeley & Boccalatte, PC in Middletown, CT since 2013.
