Alison E. Spafford focuses her practice on the areas of general business law and commercial real estate, handling matters including acquisitions, commercial leasing, and loan documentation. She works with a broad range of entities, including developers, landlords, banks, and general business clients. She also practices in the areas of estate planning and residential real estate. Through her responsive communication and strong work ethic, Alison helps her clients reach their goals and provides them with a path for future success.

Her achievements have been recognized by the New England Real Estate Journal where she was featured in their 2025 Women in Commercial Real Estate Spotlight. Alison is listed in the 2024 and 2025 editions of Super Lawyers® as a Rising Star honoree in the area of Real Estate. Alison is a member of both the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association. An engaged member of her community, she serves on the Dakin Humane Society Board of Directors, a Springfield, Massachusetts, animal welfare organization.
