William Wilson is a commercial lawyer with over twenty years of experience representing municipalities, owners, A/E, contractors, and subcontractors on construction projects, both public and private. He is an experienced litigator and also drafts, reviews, and negotiates all types of construction and commercial contracts.
Before becoming a lawyer, Bill worked as a civil engineer at the Connecticut Department of Transportation, where he acquired diverse experience in researching and organizing technical information, analyzing complex design problems, and communicating solutions for the design and construction of small and large infrastructure improvement projects around the state. This practical, in-the-field expertise, coupled with his broad experience in construction law, enables him to quickly understand and assess even the most complex construction cases. As a result, he spends less time getting up-to-speed on a dispute or transaction and more time bringing about successful resolutions. Bill knows the construction business, the law, and what it takes to get the most for his clients.
