Kenneth Slater represents municipalities and private clients in litigation and transactional matters involving municipal law, land use and environmental law, real estate, and civil litigation.
Ken serves municipal clients in a full range of legal services including general counsel, land use counsel and litigation counsel. In land use he represents individuals and business organizations before municipal boards across the state as well as before state and federal agencies. He is frequently called on to prosecute and defend administrative appeals before the Superior Court, Appellate and Supreme Court in land use and administrative law and civil actions involving land use in the federal court.
