Sarah Annabi concentrates her practice in corporate business and transactions, emphasizing mergers and acquisitions, financing, and commercial real estate. Her experience includes advising clients in all aspects of buying, operating, and selling businesses, as well as general corporate governance. Representing clients across a wide range of industries spanning the regional economy, Sarah is dedicated to fostering trust and collaboration throughout each stage of a transaction—from negotiation and documentation to due diligence and closing.
Sarah also routinely handles employment law matters on the transactional and litigation sides, handling employment and separation agreements, and representing business owners in claims for discrimination and wrongful termination. Effective communication and thorough attention to detail are an integral piece of Sarah’s work ethic to ensure clients understand her commitment to each matter.
A graduate of Quinnipiac University School of Law, Sarah earned her undergraduate degree in addition to her Juris Doctor in their Accelerated Dual-Degree B.A./J.D. Law Program. During law school, she was the Executive Managing Editor of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal and a Mock Trial Society competition member, where she was awarded Best Cross Examination. Sarah was also the Director of Real Estate Transactions of the Quinnipiac Business Law Society. During her undergraduate career, she was the founder and President of the Quinnipiac Pre-Law Society. As a second-year law student, Sarah excelled in Halloran Sage’s Summer Associate Program and after, continued as a law clerk through her third year. She then joined the firm full time after graduation.
