Jennifer Pedevillano is a member of the Firm’s Construction, Labor & Employment, and Litigation Practice Groups. She handles construction matters, contract disputes, products liability, complex commercial and corporate litigation matters, and represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including employer counseling, training, and the litigation of employment disputes, such as discrimination claims, unemployment compensation claims, and claims for wrongful termination.
Jen has served clients who range from large corporations to individuals. Jen has experience trying cases before arbitrators, judges, and juries. While capable of litigating even the most complex cases, Jen recognizes that litigation is not the only way to solve a dispute and routinely negotiates resolution when appropriate. She eagerly takes each and every problem a client is faced with – and no problem is too big or too small. She frequently handles discovery in large complex matters, including electronic discovery, and uses technology to the client’s benefit in the preparation of a case for litigation and during trial/arbitration.
Jen is active in ALFA International, and represents Halloran Sage in the global legal network’s Business Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups as well as the Women’s Network. She is currently serving as the Vice Chair/Marketing Chair of the Business Litigation Practice Group within ALFA International and recently served as the Program Chair. She frequently presents on matters related to labor and employment law, product liability, and complex torts for a wide variety of organizations including municipal and manufacturing groups. She is also recognized in the 2024 and 2025 publications of The Best Lawyers in America® in the area of Commercial Litigation. In 2024 she was named a 40 under 40 award recipient by the Hartford Business Journal.
Jen earned her BA, magna cum laude, from DeSales University, where she played four years of Varsity Field Hockey, and her JD, magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
