Felipe Villalón is a civil litigator who methodically and aggressively pursues the best possible outcome for his clients. Admitted to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts, he primarily practices in the areas of Insurance and Commercial litigation.
Involved in matters for a wide range of companies, Felipe’s experience covers a variety of industries including the construction and transportation industries. For insurance companies, Felipe handles insurance matters related to auto and premises liability; first-party and third-party coverage disputes, claims, and bad faith; and general commercial disputes. He has also handled matters pending before Connecticut Probate Court.
Felipe earned his JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law. In law school, he was a member of the Connecticut Law Review and a member of the Connecticut Moot Court Board. He was a Halloran Sage Summer Associate after completing his second year of studies. Felipe also earned his MA from Rutgers University and graduated from Pace University’s Honors College with his BA. He also brings several years of dedication and experience as a member of the armed forces.
