Autumn N. Siegel is a member of the commercial litigation and insurance practice groups. She focuses her litigation practice on business disputes, handling the defense of corporations large and small, insurance companies, and individuals. She is a detail-oriented advocate who works to develop the best legal strategy for the client.
Autumn is a second career attorney, having worked for many years prior to law school in Central Europe as a consultant and instructor of Business English-as-a-foreign-language following her term as a Fulbright fellow through the U.S. Department of State. Her foundation in understanding how a wide range of industries and businesses operate gives her valuable insight into representing her clients’ needs. Autumn currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Hartford Transit District, where she represents the City of Hartford.
At the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree, she served as the Research Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal and interned with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, the New York Attorney General, and UConn Health. She was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the Secured Transaction course. CALI awards are awarded to the student with the highest grade in a law school class. Autumn also received several awards for her participation in regional and national mediation and negotiation competitions while in law school.
Autumn is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Hartford County Bar Association.
