Vincent Marino has extensive experience in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, land use, and estate planning and administration. For many years, he has represented clients before local land use regulatory boards and commissions, as well as Wesleyan University in its real estate development projects for many years. In addition, Vincent has regularly handled cases in probate courts throughout Connecticut and related matters in Superior Court.
Vincent has a long history in Middletown and Durham’s community affairs, serving in a breadth of capacities. He is a former President and member of the Middletown Exchange Club. In the town of Durham, he has served as a member of the following: Board of Finance; Labor Negotiation Team; Library Site and Building Committee; Library Fund Raising Committee, for which he served as Co-Chairman; Republican Town Committee, including terms as Vice Chairman and Chairman; Planning and Zoning Commission; Zoning Board of Appeals Chairman; and Library Building Committee. He was also a Durham Little League Coach. Vincent is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and a member and past president of the Middlesex County Bar Association.
Vincent has served as a court-appointed trustee pursuant to practice book section 2-54 and as a trial referee for the Superior Court for the Judicial District of Middletown.
While he has recently stepped back from full time practice, Vincent still employs his deep understanding of various aspects of the law to guide clients to the best resources at the firm.
