Vincent Liberti combines a down-to-earth manner with over thirty years of experience and over a decade of teaching estate planning to lawyers across the country to adroitly advise clients in acquiring, managing, and distributing their wealth in the most optimal and tax-proficient ways.

Vincent has been interviewed for television, radio, and print about same-sex marriage and estate planning issues, pet trusts, reverse mortgages, the elderly, and various other creative estate planning issues. He is author of “Preparing for Your Elder Years: Taking Charge of Estate Planning, Long-Term Care, Asset Protection, and Medicaid” and has published numerous articles regarding estate planning matters, with a particular focus on the Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts regions.
Vincent was previously an Adjunct Professor of Law for Western New England University School of Law’s postdoctoral Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree program in Estate Planning and Elder Law. He is on the Connecticut Bar Association’s Estates and Probate Section Executive Committee and was included in the 2023, 2024, and 2025 editions of The Best Lawyers in America® in the areas of Elder Law and Trusts & Estates.
