Brian Enright provides transactional and business advice in support of all facets of his clients’ enterprises. Every interaction starts with not only developing an understanding of the legal implications of a client’s actions or proposed actions, but more importantly, the business context. Brian is well-versed in the following types of matters:
Brian’s aim is always to do what is necessary to help his clients achieve their goals. In this regard Brian has worked on deals large and small, having closed multimillion dollar corporate business sales while also working with lenders and borrowers on government guaranteed loans for small businesses.
Brian is a member of the National Association of Development Companies, through which he is bi-annually recertified to represent lenders in United States Small Business Administration 504 Loans.
Involved with many community organizations over the years, Brian has served as Grand Marshal of the New Haven Saint Patrick’s Day Parade and is currently on their Executive Board.
Brian is recognized in the 2021 publication of The Best Lawyers in America® in the area of Real Estate Law, in the 2022 and 2023 publications in the areas of Real Estate Law and Commercial Finance Law, and in the 2024 and 2025 publications for the same areas as well as his Land Use and Zoning practice.
