Andrew LeGrant focuses his practice on commercial real estate and business/transactional work. He handles matters including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.
Prior to joining Halloran Sage, Andrew worked for a Connecticut firm with a focus on transactional real estate, as well as for a publicly traded luxury real estate developer where he oversaw sales and construction on subdivision projects. In this role, Andrew took pride in seeing the complex projects that he managed materialize. He applies the resulting hands-on knowledge to assist developers, landlords, and general business clients in achieving their objectives.
Andrew also worked for a large Connecticut title insurance company, and is familiar with the title insurance process, underwriting, and general corporate and compliance matters.
