Thomas Lambert is a creative problem solver who guides clients through legal challenges in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. He defends insurance companies and corporations in personal injury matters involving construction defects, transportation, premise liability and product defect claims; he served as lead defense counsel and liaison counsel for the defense in the KLEEN Energy explosion in Middletown that resulted in multiple deaths and significant injuries for numerous employees at the site.
