The Firm is pleased to welcome attorneys Michael McPherson, Kelly Wall and Matthew Hutchinson. Michael joins the Appellate Law, Health Care and Insurance Defense practice groups. He provides counsel and trial advocacy to insurance companies and health care providers on a broad range of issues, including insurance coverage, civil rights, product liability, medical malpractice litigation, health care law, and state and federal privacy laws (HIPAA). Appellate advocacy, complex legal research and analysis, critical motions practice and health law are also central to Michael’s practice.

Kelly and Matt are practicing in the area of Insurance Defense. Kelly focuses primarily on personal injury, motor vehicle accidents and premises matters. Matt focuses on insurance coverage and defense litigation, and represents insurance companies in first and third party coverage cases as well as insureds in automobile, general liability, and premises liability claims.
