Brad Malicki is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Business & Transactions and Real Estate Practice Groups. He represents a multitude of small businesses in all aspects of corporate and commercial business transactions including formation, sales and acquisitions. He received his J.D. from Western New England College and his B.A. from the University of Connecticut. Brad also serves on various Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards in Connecticut and is a member of many business development organizations.
