Stephanie Gitlin represents clients in the areas of commercial litigation, health care cost containment litigation, and other complex civil matters. Her experience includes representing both national and regional healthcare third party payers and property/casualty insurers in health care provider over-payment cost containment matters. Stephanie also represents whistleblowers in both federal and state False Claim Act cases.
Stephanie is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association. She is co-host of the Cornell (Thank) U Podcast and also serves as an Officer, Director and Co-Founder of Deeds for Needs, a non-profit organization that assists individuals and families in need in the community. Stephanie is a Board Member of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, the National Women’s Philanthropy Board of the Jewish Federations of North America, and Adopt-a-Family of the Palm Beaches.
Stephanie earned her BA from Cornell University and her JD, cum laude, from University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as an Editor of the Penn Law Review and won the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association Award for Trial Advocacy.
