Kevin Roche is tenacious. He worked his way through high school and college maneuvering a big rig through the congested streets of Manhattan. Now possessing legal experience spanning a broad range of practice areas, he employs his unyielding steadfastness to the benefit of clients seeking resolution through litigation. With extensive jury trial experience, Kevin handles all aspects of the process, including pretrial discovery, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. Kevin practices before both the state and federal courts in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Kevin’s practice includes auto liability, premises liability, trucking and transportation, and professional liability defense with regard to lawyers, real estate agents and architects. He has defended construction companies in matters concerning serious accidents involving heavy equipment, and restaurants and bars with respect to assaults, dram shop claims, and negligent supervision claims. He has also defended negligence cases arising out of maritime accidents.
