Brian Enright provides transactional and business advice in support of all facets of his clients’ enterprises. Every interaction starts with not only developing an understanding of the legal implications of a client’s actions or proposed actions, but more importantly, the business context. Brian’s aim is always to do what is necessary to help his clients achieve their goals. In this regard Brian has worked on deals large and small, having closed multimillion dollar corporate business sales while also working with lenders and borrowers on government guaranteed loans for small businesses.

Brian is a member of the National Association of Development Companies, through which he is bi-annually recertified to represent lenders in United States Small Business Administration 504 Loans.

Involved with many community organizations over the years, Brian has served as Grand Marshal of the New Haven Saint Patrick’s Day Parade and is currently on their Executive Board.
